Challenge : Jan 2015 - Counterfeit Kit Challenge - the Kit

Hello !
Here is my take on the "Jan 2015 Counterfeit Kit Challenge".

This month the inspiration kit is

the HIP KIT CLUB : December 2014 Main Kit .
very cool colors. love the calm feel of the kit.

Here is my collection kit.

I also added a stamp set and a small add-on kit.

this r how i made some of the elements in my kit.

1. gold script words

a. cut the words using the Silhouette m/c from gold paper by DCWV and chipboard by Silhouette
b. stuck them together. I did this to give a bit of wt. to the letters.

2. water-colored die-cut flowers

a. scanned and cut out the various flowers from the stamp set using the Silhouette m/c.
b. while it was stuck on the cutting mat i stamped the images using archival black ink.
c. then water-colored the elements.

3. water-colored floral vellum paper

a. messy water-colored the flowers on the backside of the vellum.
i plan to use part of the vellum as is and the other part maybe with a white paper backing.

love how the whole kit turned out. feeling inspired.

Thank-u for all the love & thank-u for stopping by. :)

The gold words - the addition of the chipboard definitely turned those up a notch.
