I used my Sep - counterfeit kit products to create this layout.
I added some gold glitter & blue foiled (made using "DCWV" foiled paper) embellishments.
Other things i did :
1. used the Little B - Starry Night paper tape to create a border and embellishments.
love the foil on the tape. also it has a cutter in the packaging which is great but a little inconvenient when it comes to storage.
2. made a shabby flower using fabric and the Martha Stewart Fringe Scissors. love it.
3. stamped with Faber-Castell Gelatos - Aqua. I'm not good at this, but learning. this is the way i do it.
>> wet the gelato stick
>> rub and dab it on a very dry stamp
>> stamp it
it gives a very shappy watery kind of look.
note : if u r new to this - try stamping a thick-lines stamp rather something having a crisp outline.

Hello !
This is another layout i did using prompts from 2 different challenges :
1. prompt #1 : Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday : TAG IT
2. prompt #2 : Creative Scrappers : Sketch 277
here is my LO
I used my Sep - counterfeit kit products to create this layout.
I added a Tim Holtz - WALLFLOWER VELLUM sheet to my LO. love love this pack. but i must say the color of the vellum has a very sepia tone so i backed it with white vellum to make the design stand out a bit more. I also put white paper between the vellum sheets in my stack while storing so that i can see the designs properly when selecting.
I made simple tags using my patterned paper and added an eyelet for dimension.

Hello !
This is a layout i did using prompts from 2 different challenges :
1. prompt #1 : Simon Says Stamp - Monday Challenge : Rock the Techniques
2. prompt #2 : The Studio Challenges : Tic tac toe (missed the deadline for this - blah ! :))
here is my LO :
for the technique : i stamped on "DCWV" cork sheet with black "Archival Ink" and punched the shape out. since cork is a bit porous - the stamp image is really crisp. very fun.
for the tic tac toe : i did one of the straight lines ::
stars, paint splatters and 3 kinds of alpha.
i also colored one of the alphas to match my LO.
note : i used Studio Calico - Jubilee E-book products. really loving the big die-cuts.

Hello !
This is what I did for the
Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge : Make Your Own Background
The challenge : CREATE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND!
So I decided to use water colors and mists to do this.
i used Studio Calico - Jubilee E-book products. loved working with the die-cuts (which i cut using my silhouette) which came with the e-book.
I also die-cut "DCWV cork" using the Little B dies - love them.

Hello !
Here is my take on the "Sep Counterfeit Kit Challenge".
This month the inspiration kit is
the Scrapbook Circle's August Kit: Island Paradise
really love the eclectic vibe of the kit.
Here is my collection kit.
I really loved making the script-type glitter words using my Silhouette.
this is how i did it :
1. stick the glitter paper with the glitter side stuck to the mat. i used the DCWV Glitzy Glitter stack
2. selected the words and images to cut - i used Ali Edward's - Awesome Script Words
3. use the trace feature mark the cut lines
4. then select the Mirror - Flip Horizontal to reverse the cut lines.
5. and use the appropriate setting and cut.
i also cut 2 feathers and clouds.
lovin it. looking forward to making a few layouts with this kit.
