Challenge : 2 in 1

Hello !
Here is a LO i made for using prompts from 2 challenges ::

1. prompt #1 : ARTastic - The use of Typography on your page as inspired by artwork by the ever amazing Josh Miels called We will remember them. :: I took inspiration from the repetition of the words in the art work and include a phrase on my LO which i repeated 3 times.

2. prompt #2 : Stuck?! sketches - April 15th 2016

here is my LO :  
I used my Apr 2016 - counterfeit kit products to create this layout.
 
I tried a new technique in this LO - using glitter and gel medium. yes ! that is how i did the tiny glitter dots . I applied gel medium thru a stencil, removed the stencil and then sprinkled glitter over the gel medium while it was wet and waited for it to completely dry (overnight), but the glitter really stayed on. I plan to use this technique more and more. love it :)

2. prompt #2 : Counterfeit Kit Challenge : Challenge #2:  Choose any project from the C'est Magnifique February Kit Posts and let it inspire you! :: I took inspiration from the tags on Shanna's February C'est Magnifique Kit Projects. i liked the way they clustered paper flowers with flower die-cuts.

  

3. prompt #3 : Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday : Anything Goes
 
here is my LO :

I used my Apr 2016 - counterfeit kit products to create this layout. I made tiny white flora with the white Enamel Accents. liked the effect they gave without adding bulk to the LO.

3. prompt #3 : Scrap Our Stash : Book Inspired Stash Challenge + 2+ clouds :: I was inspired by the gear-type shapes in the clouds and so used gears elements on my LO.

I made tiny black dots with the black Enamel Accents - this was fun. love the mirror like feel of it when it dries.

Apr 2016 Counterfeit Kit Challenge

Hello !
Well, the month is nearing to an end but i really wanted scrapbook a couple of layouts, so here is my take on the "Apr 2016 Counterfeit Kit Challenge".

This month the inspiration kit is The C'est Magnifique February Main Kit - Enchanted Garden. little vintage style. love it :)
 

Here is my collection.

Kit Details :

1. I took inspiration from the colors and choose 2 6x6 paper-pads to match a vintage palette.

2. I also included the Enamel Accents which i have had in my stash forever but never actually used it, so hopefully i will 
use it now :).

love how it all turned out.
