Challenge : 4 in 1

Hello !
Here is a LO i made for using prompts from 4 challenges ::

1. prompt #1 : Simon Says Stamp - Monday : Use Some Lucky Stars

2. prompt #2 : Silhouette Challenges : #35 : Anything Goes : I cut out some stars using Silhouette washi paper.

3. prompt #3 : Scrap Our Stash : March Sketch +3 : for the +3 I used Gold, Hearts, Ink.

4. prompt #4 : Mixed Media Monthly Challenge #22 : project inspired by this photo : I used glitter on the tiny wood stars in pink, green, gold, violet, blue. 

here is my LO :

I used my March 2016 - counterfeit kit products to create this layout.
This is the first time i cut Washi paper in my Silhouette; the only tricky part was not to tear the washi paper while removing the backing. but otherwise it is quite easy and fun.

I played with my March 2016 - counterfeit kit products to create this layout. did the small red polka dots by applying distress ink thru a stencil using the round distress ink blending tool, it works so beautifully. :). love distress inks.

used this as inspiration to use green on a white background.

2. prompt #2 : Studio Challenges : 14th Feb - Sketch


3. prompt #3 : Scrap Our Stash : Book cover inspired
added a vellum banner, flags, pistachio ink accent and gold foiled mini cards on the layout.

I really liked working with the white background . :).

Mar 2016 Counterfeit Kit Challenge

Hello !
Here is my take on the "Mar 2016 Counterfeit Kit Challenge".

This month the inspiration kit is 

the 'Click' Story Kit from Ali Edwards. love it :)

 

Here is my collection.

Kit Details :

1. I took inspiration from the colors to select my papers.

2. tried to add text into my kit.

3. also added the tiny cards from Heidi Swapp - Signature MINC Collection - 6 x 6 Paper Pad. so cute. I used gold foil on that.

love how it all turned out. Hope i can make atleast 3 layouts.
